www.ikanogroup.com Dina arbetsuppgifterIkano Bank is looking for a Product Manager who will own, further shape and front our products within the Open Invoice area through our partner E-Commerce channel, as well as in-store. As a Product Manager your main responsibilities will be working closely with business leads to develop and execute product plans, actively manage the cost of the product, perform analysis on the technical, operational, and environment considerations for new product development, and differentiating and, or, expanding products. You will develop pricing strategies and evaluate product positioning, define product requirements, and writing clear specifications for complex features and functionalites. On a daily basis you will work closely with a dedicated team of developers and designers to define and create a great user experience.
Kvalifikationer• An academic degree (minimum bachelor or similar)
• +5 years of product management experience from the international E-Commerce industry regarding payments or other technologies from the retail business and financial industry, and a strong understanding of eChannels and Banking.
• High degree of technical understanding and IT knowledge in the E-Commerce payment value chain.
• Proven experience working with agile and scrum methodologies, data analytics, creating user interfaces through wireframes and mockups, familiar with HTML, CSS and major web standards, as well as a track record of working closely with developers to build consumer facing online payment products.
• Professional level of English.
To be successful as Product Manager at Ikano Bank you need to possess a superior analytic reasoning, and problem solving skills as well as having the ability to think strategically, implement tactically, and work across functions. A general understanding of core banking platforms and their capabilities are a key asset to the role, as is excellent relationship and verbal and written communication skills, and being a team player who thrives in a high pressure environment. Strong decision making skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and experience in developing clear policies and procedures, and leading presentations to executives, peers and other stakeholder groups.
