BPM & EA Solution Center are looking for a product manager / team leader. The team delivers applications based on QualiWare Lifecycle Manager (QLM) and Software AG ARIS, and provides consulting services for projects in use of these applications.
BPM & EA Solution Center is a team consisting of about fourteen people, sited in Gothenburg and Bangalore. As a product manager/team leader, you will be responsible for the product, it's development, quality, economy and life cycle planning, as well as the delivery and support of it.
Required qualifications:
• Experience of Volvo IT Economical/Budget system (Product Calculation)
• Experience from leading a team
• Experience in Business Process Management will be seen as an advantage
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture will be seen as an advantage
General qualifications and skills:
• Good communication skills
• Inspiring and motivational attitude
• An open and listening attitude
• Have a structured approach to work
• Ability to have a holistic view of the whole solution
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and written
