Job description
Increasing market share of Atlas Copco Secoroc Down The Hole Reverse Circulation tools by ensure that our customer centers attain the highest skill level in marketing, demonstrating and supporting the RC product range.

This task includes product training for Customer Center sales and technical staff, support on new product introduction, support on field tests, communication with different PCs and departments within Secoroc, optimization of product assortment. Lean R&D project management is a focused area and you will participate in these projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities for Product Range:
• Together NIS and consolidated GM.
• Assortment strategies.
• Support our market communication with technical and market information.
• Making sure we have all technical and sales materials to support product strategy.
• New product introduction.
• Analyze and evaluate profitability of the products.
• Obtaining all necessary product certification in order to be able to use it worldwide or in responsible areas.

• Market support and market strategy for any territory that may be assigned to you.
• Responsibility to process and approve warranty claims and resolutions.
• Develop comprehensive product and application knowledge to assist Customer Centers in reaching revenue targets.
• Product training of Customer Center employees and customers /dealers.
• Regular and close cooperation with R&D. To provide field support for R&D during drilling tests of new products.

Experience requirements
• Strong knowledge in areas related to mining, civil engineering, exploration or other drilling applications.
• Product management experience is beneficial.- Experience sales or product management in mining/drilling not less than three years.
• People management experience is benefit.
• Good financial understanding.
• Aptitude to work with people in a supportive service minded "sales" environment.
• Working in different countries and cultures is a large advantage but not a requirement.
• Computer skills in compiling and analyzing sales and product data.
• Experience in make presentations to different auditoriums.

Knowledge
• Sound technical knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of features of all existing drilling methods is beneficial.
• Marketing and sales knowledge is an advantage.
• Our working language is English.
• Ability to convince people by logical reasoning.

Educational requirements
The successful candidate should have a University degree in Engineering or Management in a relevant field and solid experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the drilling market is a must.

Personality requirements
• Self starter who can also convey a positive attitude and generate enthusiasm in others.
• Frequent and detailed reporting in writing is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills including a preparedness to train others.
• Team player.
• Leadership skills.
• Dynamic person willing to make an international career.

Country and city description
This position is located at our product company in Fagersta (Sweden).

Additional information
You must be prepared to travel about 100-140 days per year.

In case the candidate comes from outside Sweden this position will be a Local Plus contract.
