We are now looking for someone to take the lead over our Onboard Sales & Services strategy and set the way to success!
What will you do?
As Product Manager Onboard Sales & Services (OSS) you have the responsibility for developing and coordinating the general OSS strategy. It is your mission to set and drive net profitability across all markets and regions through attractive concepts focused on sales and customer satisfaction. By creating successful cooperation between those departments providing services to the OSS teams, you will ensure that they are aligned with the business strategy. You will also manage the Customer Experience team of three employees focused on getting our customer satisfaction to top scores. In this role you have the overall authority for which services should be offered, implemented and removed - this is where the magic (and money) happens!
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
• Responsible for developing and coordinating the general OSS strategy, subject GM approval, through cooperation with regional management and OSS Services and Supply
• Based on set strategy, responsible for the development of onboard concepts (outlets and services) through cooperation with regional management and OSS Services and Supply
• Drive the development of a proactive sales and customer centric services culture onboard based on KPIs and targets
• Assess the effectiveness of the OSS strategy across all regions through the use of intelligent Data analytics
• Ensure quality and alignment between what is offered and what is delivered
• Contribute to development of the supply chain strategy to maximize global profitability
• Lead and coordinate commercial OSS forum
Who are you?
We are looking for a creative money-maker that with their strategic mind-set can take our concepts and products to new heights! We believe that you have a university degree or equivalent experience from a similar role. You probably have worked in the hospitality, leisure or tourism industry, ideally with a broad European perspective. With your extensive experience with managing and developing company products in line with customer demands, you have the tools to take on this new role.

Driving profitability and creating new attractive concepts is your key interest and you are able to have a holistic perspective to implement the company vision across a number of locations.
To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in English.
