Our customer is rapidly scaling up their Unicorn company, across geographical and customer segments and are looking for an exceptional Expansion Manager to help identify opportunities and execute on these expansions.
The Expansion teams focus on bringing our customer into new regulated and unregulated markets. Doing this means altering and tweaking the product for new markets as well as developing platform capabilities catering for market compliance. In this role, you would help our customers expansion teams to execute their international growth. You will collaborate with key business stakeholders both internal and external to achieve team goals.
Your previous experience will demonstrate a strong track record of performance. Thriving in a fast-paced and high-growth environment is a requirement. Simply put, we are looking for someone who is great at what they do and has the skills to win in a highly competitive market. You are also, of course, prestigeless and understand the true definition of what a team player is. You will Report to their Group Expansion Manager.
Daily tasks and Responsibility
• Responsible for creation/maintaining of the Expansion teams technical backlog
• Continuously convey the vision and goals throughout the development process and follow-up on delivery
• Champion for KPI's and incremental development to ensure best practices
• Responsible to set initiative KPI's for the Expansion development team
• Ensure that tracking is in place and manage to secure the business initiative goals
• Assist technical cross-product initiatives such as new market launches
• Manage expansion initiatives progress tracking, timelines, and evaluation
• Together with Domain Manager and Architect lead the technical investigations
• Form the needs from a technical perspective, as required to meet the business expansion goals
• Guide the initiative progress continuously and have complete authority to accept or reject teams release/s
Qualifications
• Previous/current experience working as a Product Owner
• A coaching and inclusive mentality
• Strong ability to improve the structure and structured processes in teams
• Strong belief in MVPs and incremental development
• You actively seek input and information to solve tasks and challenges at hand
• Great ability to communicate with colleagues throughout the organization
• Enjoy working in a fast pace and ever-changing environment
