hela Sverige We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a cross-functional team within a digital product environment. The team, composed of over 15 professionals including engineers, data analysts, and designers, is focused on user engagement and discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups and support team collaboration
Gather and interpret business and user insights to drive continuous improvements
Manage sprint planning and maintain a well-groomed backlog
Align product roadmap with overarching objectives and key results (OKRs)
Requirements:
Solid understanding of the software development process and ability to work closely with technical teams
Proven background as a Senior Product Manager
Confident leading larger teams in dynamic, agile environments
