About the role: Marketing Specialist for Podcasts
"Great.com Talks With" is a first-charity-focused podcast show whose mission is to introduce the listeners to some of the world's greatest organisations. The podcast provides a communication platform to charity and non-profit organisations to share the stories of their remarkable work and the meaningful impact they are making each and every day in their respective communities. We have hosted and produced over 300 episodes, with guests like Clean Air Task Force, The Founders Pledge, Transformation Project, Consumer Choice Center and many others.
We are looking for an experienced product manager to manage "Great.com Talks With", who will
Develop and maintain the creative vision of the podcast
Create a roadmap of the product, quarterly and yearly plans and drive its execution
Oversee the production of the podcast from start to finish, including creating storylines, podcast editing, and post-production
Manage a team of freelance writers, podcast hosts, and virtual assistants.
Coordinate guest interviews
Develop scouting and outreach strategies, perform and measure them
Develop marketing plans and carry out promotional activities to increase the outreach of the podcast
Partner with charity and non-profit organisations for cross-promotional activities
Ensure smooth and effective podcast publishing schedule
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Field (Marketing, Management, Finance)
2+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or project management
Previous experience in producing podcasts and social media
Ability to manage a remote cross-functional team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Capable of working in faced paced environment
A solution-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for learning and growing
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Capable of working in faced paced environment
