What you'll do
As a Product Manager within ML/AI area, you will be responsible for defining, strategizing, and driving the roadmap for our AI/ML platform. You will collaborate closely with data teams and drive the cohesive experience between ML and Data platforms. With your significant ability to bridge the gap between technical development and business goals you will steer the direction of platform development. By technology, delivery, and business impact you will be instrumental on our mission to transform the data ecosystem to empower high quality ML product delivery.
We are in an early phase of our transformation journey so key priorities for this role is to build a strategy, roadmap and taking a leading role in setting our direction. In addition, you will together with the Product Management team collaborate to get the most out of all capabilities in the data platform.
In this role you will:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our AI/ML platform, aligning it with the company's overall goals.
Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and projects for the platform based on stakeholder feedback, research, and business goals.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of the users.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, R&D, sales, marketing etc to ensure effective product development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the performance of the AI/ML platform, making data-oriented decisions for continuous improvement.
Act as the voice of the stakeholders, gathering and synthesizing feedback to iterate on the platform and address user needs.
What you'll bring
Genuine passion for ML and understanding of ML requirements, ecosystem and lifecycle
Proven experience as a Product Manager with experience in ML or data-driven products.
A strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term, set clear product goals, and align them with the company's overall objectives.
A holistic overview of ML landscape and trends, and how those can be applied to create a positive user experience
Effective communication skills to articulate the product vision, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This includes both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We are looking for you who has a genuine interest in people, data, and tech!
You understand AI/ML technologies, including machine learning models, data pipelines, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Experience working with highly visible projects in an international environment.
Knowledge or experience of both traditional and modern data engineering practices.
Knowledge of or experience from data warehousing and master data management.
Knowledge of public cloud services.
Knowledge of or experience with Data Mesh and data product concepts.
Location
HQ Gothenburg or Stockholm.
