The role
We're currently looking for a Product Manager to join us and help us develop our product and make it even more appealing to our 200+ million users.
You will be part of a team of five product managers who share the responsibility for our core product development. Key success metrics in this area include acquisition, retention, product usage and feature adoption. The teams within the core area focus on different parts of the user experience, ranging from creating to hosting as well as participating in a Mentimeter presentation.
Together we are responsible for acquiring and retaining users as well as increasing product usage and improving the audience experience through our product experience. This entails ownership of areas such as the creator experience, the presenter experience, the audience experience and feature development.
As one of our Product Managers within the core product area, you'll be responsible for formulating the strategy and objectives for a part of our core product based on the direction set by our business and product strategy. This requires strategic thinking as well as collaboration and communication skills, as this is done together with the other PMs and requires the understanding and buy-in of the product team.
It will be your responsibility to lead a across-functional product team of engineers, product designers and data scientists in achieving the objectives specific for your team. As a part of this you will be creating, prioritizing and maintaining product backlogs according to business value and ROI. You'll also be the product owner for parts of the user experience.

Have previous experience as a product manager - preferably in a product-first tech company.

Responsibilities for the Product Manager role:
Keep a happy and productive team.
Help Mentimeter form an effective and agile product team structure as the team grows.
Own the strategy for your product team and collaborate with the Product Area Lead on defining the overall product objectives
Ensure that great features, enhancements, and bug fixes are shipped, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights with the rest of the company.
Draft hypotheses of features and improvements to implement, design, run and evaluate product experiments aimed at driving KPIs such as acquisition, retention, increased usage and virality.
Set, refine as well as monitor key metrics continuously.
Identify and develop necessary decision material.
Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring we stay true to our core values as we grow and help our teams to interpret these during constant change.
