What you'll be doing
You will be part of our dynamic Travel Solutions team as a Product Management Analyst. In this role, you will support product managers by providing valuable insights on emerging trends, data sourcing, and analysis to ensure a fact-based decision-making process. Your contriutions will be crucial in driving strategic decisions and maximizing commercial success through effective use of market data.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to project lead market introduction products, product launch events, and exhibitions.
This role offers a perfect stepping stone to becoming a Product Manager, providing valuable experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Your day-to-day Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the customer knowledge database, ensuring data is stored systematically.
• Gather customer feedback through interviews and surveys to inform product development.
• Conduct market research, read trends and create reports.
• Monitor product performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Work with Product Managers to promote products and support data-driven, fact-based decision making.
• Support market introduction projects and assisting in product deployment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Good communication and report-writing abilities.
• Basic understanding of product management and marketing.
• Some experience in market research or data analysis (internships or entry-level positions).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be eager to learn, adaptable to new challenges, energetic, and self-driven

We hold global responsibility for Product Management within the Travel Segment of Buses & Coaches and operate at the intersection of Sales/Market and Product Planning/R&D, ensuring the development of optimal solutions based on customer needs and market trends. This allows us to provide valuable input to the demand roadmap, guiding what to develop to create the best customer value and experience.
To support the Sales network and Scania Business Units we leverage our expertise in implementing our solutions, equipping the sales force with the necessary tools and information. We ensure the quality and timely deployment of new products and solutions according to the market introduction process.
