hela Sverige Your mission To be a market and technical knowledge resource to the business In close collaboration with a multicultural cross-functional team (regulatory affairs, development, marketing and sales), you will ensure that Development and Research opportunities are aligned and prioritized with FMC's strategy and with market demands for your Product Line. Thanks to your scientific and business acumen, you will contribute to the identification of new growth opportunities for your product portfolio (insecticides, herbicides and/or fungicides) in the EU. You will collect and analyse relevant market and technical information to support investment decisions. You will drive key product-based development initiatives, optimise product positioning, align market development, sales and regulatory priorities and coordinate product launch requirements. Drawing on your ability to interact with a diverse group of people, you will develop close links with the scientific community and clients. You will report to the Development Manager Eurasia.
Your profile Technical expert with marketing insight You have a degree in life sciences (agronomy, plant science, environmental science or any related field) with a proven track record in product development/management in the agrochemical sector. An additional business and/or marketing degree is a plus. Fluency in English is required. You are a self-motivated and confident person with established scientific credibility. Project management skills combined with good analytical and organisational capacities will contribute to your success in this position. You have good interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective teamwork. You are willing to relocate to Brussels and to travel intensively.
