We are looking for a Product Innovation Lead with a thinking outside the box kind of mindset to our office in the heart of Gothenburg.
Your role in our team. As Product Innovation Lead (Apperal) you will be a part of our newly started Innovation HUB making sure to reinvent, create and challenge product innovation as we know it. You manage innovation projects from early exploration phase up to potential adoption, supporting new potential future business growth for Lindex Group.
With your insights in our consumers, you understand their pain points and business hot spots. You assist in identifying tech trends and opportunities, work with exploring new concepts through rapid prototyping and validation and successfully handover any adopted concept to business teams. By having a close collaboration with colleagues in cross-functional teams and our external global partners, you manage deliverables and continuous process improvements in all aspects of the innovation initiative. In your role, you also assist in patent management and work with administrative tasks.

You are driven by results, and you have a "thinking outside the box" kind of mindset in your daily work. You have great skills in people, project and time management as well as communication and collaboration making sure to build high level of trust. Also, this probably sounds like you:
University diploma in textiles, design or economics
5+ years of experience within product development, R&D and sourcing
Several years of people management with proven ability to lead in a changing environment
Experience in project management, proven track record of implementing product innovation
Experience in patent management is a bonus
Technical and material skills in lingerie is a bonus
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
