Zettle is seeking a high energy, hands-on Director of Product for our Seller Lifecycle Alliance, with a strong track record of leading multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and bringing sharp strategic thinking paired with strong execution skills. Seller Lifecycle Alliance has the mission to grow the number of active sellers and to help them get more out of each step in their journey with Zettle, offering the right products, services and pricing at the right time.

Your focus will be on 3 main areas...
Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the organization.
Set, own and drive the Seller Lifecycle Alliance Product vision and Roadmap together with Tech and Design Alliance leads
Think strategically and articulate that strategy
Make cross-functional, strategic trade-offs
Make data driven decisions
Create and empower a professional product management discipline.
Manage a group of Managers and senior Product Managers
Train and invest in improving product managers and strengthening the Product management chapter
Represent product management on executive level
Empower PMs in their organization to work effectively and get things done
Collaborate & set cross-company product management processes.
Develop processes needed to run product development efficiently, prioritize product decisions, and launch products
Identify, understand and close gaps in talent, knowledge, processes, tools for the Seller Lifecycle Alliance.
The Director of Product for Seller Lifecycle Alliance forms, together with the Tech and Design Alliance leads the leadership for the Alliance. In this capacity you are jointly responsible for:
Setting the product vision and roadmap for the Zettle product development organisation
Setting goals together with each area, and providing the means and guidance needed for reaching them
Providing clear mission and expected outcomes in relation to overall strategy
Providing regular feedback on area priorities and solutions
Encouraging the areas to continuously learn and improve
To succeed in the role, we believe you have the following skills
A passionate leader with a solid experience of leading managers in a high-paced and agile environment.
A visionary communicator, yet improvement-driven and hands-on when needed.
Experience from hyper-growing organizations
You thrive in organizations with a large portion of ambiguity
You are a change manager
A relevant education, preferably a Master degree or/and professional qualification in engineering
Ability to communicate fluently in English
