We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:
Education: M. Sc. or equivalent
Min years of experience: 8 years from R&D or Service area, whereof 4 years of leadership experience
Domain experience: Strong business understanding of Business Area Digital Services (BDGS) in their respective Product/Area/Region/Site. Good understanding of market insight and trends in the telecom, ICT and IT industry, implications of Cloud, SaaS, IoT, AI etc.
Strong Customer understanding
You will need excellent team and people Management Skills
Strong and proven Coaching & Mentoring Skills
Communicate at senior level
