hela Sverige We are on the look out for a Product Design Leader to help design the future of Healthcare. Design serves a vital role here: from creating the experience of new features, to the craft and finish of every detail in the product. We are looking for someone, quite frankly, incredible. Someone that knows what it's like to ship products and forsee the future. This role requires a mix of innovative designer, decisive product leader, helpful mentor, supreme team player and a skilled communicator - all rolled into one.
It's a big ask but you gotta have big goals! We know we won't find the perfect person but our hopes are that you will grow into this role and, eventually feel that, the description above is who you become.

What you will be doing:
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Brand and Engineering partners, bringing design to the table and representing the design team. You will facilitate design discussions, and give insights on planning and product channels.
• Lead and inspire in your role to define features and contribute to the overall strategic direction of Werlabs.
• Develop the brand identity alongside our Brand and Marketing leads to bridge the emotional connection between our users, and our service
• Guide, coach and develop process alongside engineering to ensure that design implementation and user experience is of high-quality.
• Evolve our design system in order to design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals
• Create and iterate on features that drive a better understanding of your health
• Mentor, grow and guide the product design team to encourage development and challenge possibilities.
What you should have
• At least 8+ years' experience* in an individual contributor role, with around 2+ years experience leading a Product Design team for desktop or mobile.
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, and ideation.
• Solid understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to millions of users.
• Excited in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.
• Interested in partnering with Product Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features.
• Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially if you love to use emoji)
• Bonus: Experience designing for iterative and experimental features
