Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.
About us
Volvo Group GTT is at the forefront of innovation in transportation and connected services. Our Driver Interaction & Infotainment (DI&I) organization delivers secure, reliable, and cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance connectivity, usability, and safety across Volvo's vehicle platforms worldwide.
What you will do
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Cybersecurity Manager to lead cybersecurity for Driver Interaction & Infotainment (DI&I) within the Product Cybersecurity Team (Grizzly). You will define and drive the security strategy across connected services and infotainment platforms-working closely with product, platform, and supplier teams to ensure security is embedded by design throughout the development lifecycle.

What you'll lead:

Strategy & governance: Define and drive the cybersecurity vision, KPIs, and operating model for DI&I, including policies, standards, and guardrails.
Compliance & risk: Ensure compliance with ISO 21434, UNECE R155/R156, and the Product Cybersecurity Management System (PCSMS) process; lead TARA, risk treatment, and CSMS activities across DI&I programs.
Security-by-design: Integrate cybersecurity practices throughout the PDSM and PCSMS processes, ensuring robust security across software and system architectures.
Architecture leadership: Guide the design of secure connected services, cloud backends, APIs, and Android-based infotainment systems.
Supplier & partner collaboration: Define cybersecurity expectations, review supplier evidence, and coordinate remediation activities.
Detection & response readiness: Coordinate vulnerability management, establish playbooks, and strengthen cross-team preparedness.
People & culture: Mentor engineers, promote awareness, and foster a pragmatic, quality-driven cybersecurity culture within DI&I and Grizzly.

Who are you?
Proven leadership in cybersecurity (e.g., program lead, manager, or principal) within automotive, IoT, or connected services.
Deep knowledge of security architecture, encryption/authentication, and secure communication for distributed systems.
Practical experience implementing ISO 21434, TARA, and PCSMS-aligned processes in agile or SAFe environments.
Understanding of cloud and API security; familiarity with Android and infotainment platforms is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, compliance, and suppliers.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

What's in it for you?
Shape the cybersecurity posture of next-generation Driver Interaction & Infotainment systems for Volvo Trucks.
Collaborate closely with Grizzly, Volvo's Product Cybersecurity team, in a forward-thinking environment with real ownership and impact.
Continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
