Your mission
In this position, you lead a global team of network specialists and architects in shaping and operating our networking products and capabilities. With a holistic view, you also take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle - from strategy and vision to delivery, and business as usual operations and subsequent improvements and alterations - enabling us to develop strong and effective networking capabilities that proactively meet and support the needs of the organization and our digital shift.
We're located at our new and modern office at Gasverket in Stockholm. Optional location for this position is Sandviken and we offer you to work part of your time remotely.
Your character
We're looking for you with strong customer-centric product leadership skills. You have a financial understanding of budget and cost follow-up as well as of industry standards and best practices. Good knowledge of global networks (WAN/LAN) combined with agile practices and mindsets are needed. You have experience from Supplier and vendor management and of leading global teams. We believe you have a relevant university degree in IT Management or equivalent certifications. If you have subject matter expertise in the networking space, experience of P&L-responsibility and Network Technology it's advantageous. You're fluent in English, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
Forward leaning with excellent leadership skills - you take initiatives, inspiring others and walk the talk. Through great communication, you translate complex IT contexts into simplified and commercially understandable messages. You're strong in stakeholder management, creating good relationships with customers and suppliers and value the significance of great networking products and how they unlock opportunities in the business. Also, you're interested and skilled in financials and committed to delivering on budget and forecasts.
