As Product Architect, making ideas come to life truly motivates you. In the creative process, you?re both pragmatic and inspiring, knowing that communication is key. You have worked with architecture for software, preferably web, and have vast programming experience in modern languages. Hands on? Good. As a leader? Great!
You really enjoy presenting product architecture in a way that make people crave for it. Making customers realize their need to buy is a skill you master in meetings as well as in writing.
Architectural challenges are to be overcome ? this is your firm belief. You view earlier architecture as a springboard, using the past to build a better future.
A product organization feels like home to you, rather than doing gigs as consultant. Education is a big plus but more importantly: you?re a natural born conversationalist with an ear for other peoples? needs. We believe that you?re able to bring optimism and stability to the table in a playful yet professional culture and that you?re able to grasp the bigger picture where technology and individuals complement each other.
