We are now looking for a service-minded team player for our Product Experience team.
As a Product Experience Advisor & Trainer, you will be training our clients, based all over the world, in our unique hardware and software that constitutes the Looklet solution.
We also produce images for our in-house clients and work cross-functionally within the company.
As a Product Experience advisor the main scope of your work will include:
• Performing client demos and tests
• Training and onboarding clients
• In-house production, including styling, shooting, and look creation.
• Creating educational material to ensure learning and correct usage
• Acting as a resource for product development projects
Your profile:
You are a positive and service-minded team player with an excellent eye for details. You take pride in delivering great results and at the same time enjoy working towards a deadline.
You are:
• A junior professional with ~ 2 years of experience in a service-oriented profession such as customer service, retail, or similar.
• Professional fluency in English
• Flexible and able to travel for work - sometimes with short notice
• Solution-oriented
You have:
• A strong work ethic
• A good eye for details
• A talent for deconstructing and explaining a task and teaching it to others.
Additional skills that are beneficial:
• Experience in Photoshop
• Experience in video editing
• Interest in fashion and/or photography
• Stylist experience

Traveling: The position includes traveling abroad - sometimes frequently and with short notice
