hela Sverige The right person will play a key role in the production and delivery of our new game. We take a fact based data driven approach to production. This allows the team to work in an agile way generating options and enabling us to make informed decisions. We use this approach to problem solve and identify our direction of travel as we progress through the different stages of gamedevelopment.
Plenty of initiative, highly organised and with excellent communication skills
Desire to understand the remaining work effort and gather relevant facts and data
Keen eye for detail and the ability to manage tasks from inception to completion
A good listener with encouraging and supporting skills
An understanding of production tools such as Jira or equivalent
Ability to manage your own time and work proactively
EXPERIENCE:
Previous production experience within the game industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the studio and creative director, the leads and the team to
coordinate production
Manage the team to achieve their goals and deliver on time and to a high
quality
Identify remaining effort, quantify it and use it to inform an option based
planning approach
Be proactive and identify, prioritise and schedule work based on the
project roadmap
Lead cross-discipline planning and progress meetings within a remote
working environment
Follow up on actions and remove impediments to boost communication
and productivity
Optimise production processes and team workflows to ensure efficient
development
Identify, communicate and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and
scope
Track, identify and communicate risks and mitigation options to ensure on
time delivery
Manage delivery across multiple platforms coordinating with stakeholders
and QA
Get stuff done to drive and maintain the momentum of a creative and
passionate team
