To help us on this journey, we are looking for our next Producer (Features) that wants to help us deliver more magic to Jorvik.
The challenge
At Star Stable Entertainment, we aspire to embrace different perspectives and support each other, so we are looking for a Producer that fosters cross-functional ways of working, a great communication flow and proactively works for an environment where a strong, healthy team can thrive. Today, our game Star Stable Online hosts more than 650,000 monthly active users and as the game continues to grow, we want to provide the players with an experience they want to spend time in and come back to. If you've always been curious about working on an MMO in a team with curiosity to experiment and learn, this is the role for you.
As a Game Producer (Features), you will focus on the development of new gameplay mechanics and features for Stable Online, as well as iteration and improvement of existing ones. Together with your team, you will help us continue to engage players worldwide, by providing the short and mid-term vision for exciting player-facing activities, contributing to the overall roadmap and release plans for Star Stable Online. You will manage the priorities and facilitate decision-making within the team and are accountable for delivery, quality and game performance continuously owning and mitigating potential risks.
Oh, and did we mention that the business overall is growing a lot right now too? Your team might need to grow as well, and we want you to identify staffing needs and support in the recruitments of new team members.

As a Producer (Features), you need to understand both player and business needs, with an ability to navigate qualitative and quantitative data and ensure that the team also has those insights. Together with your team, you know how to build features with optimization, performance and quality in mind. You have the ability to take in information from stakeholders and manage their expectations. Experience from the gaming industry is a must.
We believe that you have previously worked with gameplay mechanics and feature development and have a couple of years of experience from leading a team. Maybe, you come from a background as an Associate Producer, 3D Artist Lead, QA Engineer lead, Tech lead, Animator Lead or Game Designer yourself too.
You're someone that is really good at continuously improving workflows and collaborations in terms. Together with the team, you want to get creative, pave new ways and experiment.
