About Coffee Stain Studios
Coffee Stain Studios is the biggest development team under the Coffee Stain brand and it's where it all started back in 2010. For the last four years we've been developing Satisfactory which is currently in Early Access. If you're not familiar with the game take a look below! The game has been quite the success but there's still a ton of things we want to do with it.
Micromanaging is not our style, so everyone needs to take responsibility over their own work. We want everyone to feel like they're contributing to the end product and thrive towards always becoming better at what they do.
Coffee Stain Studios is located in Skövde, Sweden. The city is one of the most gamer-centric ones in the whole country. People here work with games, Volvo, the military, or at the hospital. No exceptions. We've only got like three bars or something, but the train let's you go to both Gothenburg and Stockholm quite easily if you're into that. It's a huge plus if you're already here or don't mind moving here. We might not mind if you work from home from time to time, but we want you to be able to be here in physical form for the most part.

About the role
As Producer at Coffee Stain Studios you will work closely with the Team on planning and delivering all project milestones while maintaining a healthy and creative work environment focused on teamwork and transparency.
Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:
Assisting with project planning for the current and future developments to help maintain clear roadmaps
Being able to maintain clear communication and stay up to date with the team
Engaging daily with our programming and technical team, providing guidance on active and high priority tasks and bugs.
Work with other Team Leads to reach a clear understanding of priorities and vision to be able to make proper time estimations and manage project risks.
Sync regularly with the team to keep them up to date with the current and future status of development and goals
Maintaining and updating the product backlog
Keeping track of ongoing development and releasing comprehensible patch notes to testers and the community
Ensuring release planning is effectively managed and executed across different game versions and storefronts
Having dedicated experience with QA as a lead to provide a healthy test environment for current and future releases
Managing external and internal bugs and issues
Prioritizing community requests and frequent issues and accommodate them for scheduled fixes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
