About Coffee Stain Studios
Coffee Stain Studios is the biggest development team under the Coffee Stain brand and it's where it all started back in 2010. For the last five years we've been developing Satisfactory, which is currently in Early Access. If you're not familiar with the game, take a look below! The game has been quite the success but there are still a ton of things we want to do with it.
Micromanaging is not our style, so everyone needs to take responsibility over their own work. We want everyone to feel like they're contributing to the end product and thrive towards always becoming better at what they do.
Coffee Stain Studios is located in Skövde, Sweden. The city is one of the most game-centric ones in the whole country. People here work with games, Volvo, the military, or at the hospital. No exceptions. We've only got like three bars or something, but the train lets you go to both Gothenburg and Stockholm quite easily if you're into that. It's a huge plus if you're already here or don't mind moving here. We are mainly looking for someone to join us working from the office.

Producer Role Description
In the role of Producer, you will be working closely with the development team to create and maintain the project planning and support the team in delivering milestone goals while maintaining a healthy and creative work environment focused on teamwork and transparency.
We currently have a production team of two with whom you'll be sharing responsibilities. As a group you will be supporting each other in your tasks as necessary and ensure clear communication and goals across the project.
Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:
Proactively drive interdisciplinary development processes, set progress-oriented goals, and ensure they are met
Oversee, organise, and track ongoing feature development
Create and maintain task timelines together with the development team
Participate in the planning of project milestones and maintenance of roadmaps
Communicate project state and progress to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and set up development pipelines
Previous experience (preferably) includes:
Professional experience working as a Project Manager or Producer or similar within game development
Great project planning skills, especially experience organising and prioritising in order to meet goals and minimise risk
Good knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Qualifications that are a plus:
Professional experience in a live development environment
Professional experience in all project stages of game development, start-up to live
Professional experience with Monday.com, Jira or similar
Experience with technically challenging projects
Experience with Unreal Engine 4
Any kind of additional development skillset
