We are an independent Swedish game development studio located in Södermalm, Stockholm. With about 90 experienced and skilled employees we have worked as contractors for a number of AAA projects, as well as developed titles with publishers and independently for both consoles and PC. Our most recent game is the critically acclaimed title Warhammer: Vermintide 2. We tackle every project, genre and setting with enthusiasm, professionalism and a cup of coffee.

Role Description
The Producer position is responsible for the oversight and success of a large set of features or services inside a Fatshark game. As a Producer you will work closely with the Project and Studio Leadership to help with developing all aspects of game creation, and building towards games as a service. Your responsibilities will primarily be focused on managing a larger part of the product feature set through all development stages. You will be involved heavily in strategic project planning, prioritization of work within the project space, setting and tracking of KPI, and managing the production to meet the product goals. You are also expected to help with fostering company culture, and finding opportunities to improve development on your area of the game.
Duties & Responsibilities
Management
• Oversee a your teams goals, ensuring alignment with project.
• Coordinate all aspects of game development for your given team(s)
• Evolve and improve best practices with a focus on operational capacity and live service
• Strategize with project leadership in evolving live service and digital development talent and capacity.
Improve communication inside your team both in project and in studio.
Team
• Manage, develop and inspire team members while creating strong positive relationships with the entire product staff
• Maintain a creative environment, motivate fellow developers, nurture team health and foster a culture of success.
• Provide motivation, direction, and inspire your team and fellow developers
• Assist with highlighting staffing and resource allocation shortfalls and additional capacity
Planning
• Work with production leadership and discipline leads to determine resources necessary to complete mission goals.
• Use project management tools, production methodologies, and leadership level dialogue to maintain tight schedules and high standards of quality.
• Oversee the activities of the team to ensure that project goals are completed on time.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks, as well as clearing roadblocks both on the day-to-day and in the longer term.
• Partner with supporting functional teams, including publishing, marketing, finance, licensing, quality assurance and customer service.
• Work with project craft leads to leverage and improve production pipelines, people and processes to drive velocity and quality with increasing effectiveness
• Drive all phases of the development cycle inside your team
• Ensure all relevant information is documented and accurate.
Vision
• Drive the vision set for the assigned product, balancing the business goals, design intention and production schedule to deliver a cohesive user experience to our players
• Set, communicate and measure the KPI's for all features being developed by your team
• Establish and maintain a shared vision between your team, the project and relevant stakeholders
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a Producer or Product owner position in games
• Experience with live services
• Strong understanding of all aspects of game production (management, planning, scheduling, technology, design, art, audio, localization, QA)
• Experience formulating product messaging and marketing plans
• Thrives in an interactive and agile work environment and collaborates well with various work styles
• Ability to effectively manage projects under tight deadlines and in complex and fluid business environments
