You'll make a significant contribution to our Indirect Procurement Department where you will:
Have global responsibility for the Marketing and Communications area within the Indirect Procurement organization
Establish and deploy strategic direction, together with relevant stakeholders, for marketing and communication areas to secure best in class procurement
Ensure that the organization's marketing and communications needs related to procurement are met efficiently and cost effective
You will get a deep understanding of the organization as you will be supporting your markets across all of our four Business areas, making a real impact in our business
Your tasks:
Responsible for developing and deploying procurement strategy for Marketing and Communications category including developing procurement plan, clarifying purchasing requirements, matching needs to supply capabilities, analysing the spend profile, seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and value, and collaboration with suppliers to identify sourcing opportunities
Partnering with stakeholders to select suppliers with stakeholders, approving them according to Mölnlycke procedures, negotiate terms, establish and manage contracts
Managing suppliers and supplier relations including monitoring and managing supplier information, preparing and analyzing supplier performance
Managing the supplier base and through category management optimize the value of what is delivered from suppliers
Negotiate and establish contracts with new and existing suppliers
Accountable for cost efficiency within the marketing and communication procurement area

What you'll need
Hard skills
• 5 years procurement experience with a deep understanding of procurement processes, preferably in an international environment
Category Management experience
Relevant academic agree, e.g. business, engineering etc.
Experience in building commercial relationships and negotiations
Understanding of medical device or other regulated industry is seen as beneficial
Professional level English
Soft skills
A doer personality with strong communicative and negotiation skills
Analytical and strategic skills
Commercially minded
Legal agreement experience and understanding
Cultural sensitivity
