Required competencies:
Process Validation and Quality Assurance
Quality Control, PPAP, VDA
Meriting competencies:
Experience in a leading role in an agile environment, for example as a Scrum Master, Team Leader or Product Owner
Passion for coaching and mentoring in order to help individuals grow
Understanding of group dynamics and processes
Experience in holding workshops and exercises to increase team spirit and desired results
Scrum Master Certification
