We are looking for an enthusiastic Process & Application Manager IT to join our IT Portfolio Management team.
This role is ideal for someone with both a strategic and operational mindset with a can-do attitude who's excited to make an impact within a global, forward-thinking company.
Your Mission
In this role, you'll develop and maintain IT processes to increase the efficiency of our IT organization.
You'll lead the consolidation of internal IT applications under the IT Council's direction, working closely with IT functional managers to identify gaps and create strategic roadmaps.
Your responsibilities include overseeing the IT demand and project portfolio managed by the IT Council, where you'll prepare and present new initiatives in collaboration with IT functional teams.
Additionally, you'll work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team and IT PMO, liaising with Epiroc's various divisions and transforming requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Your Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of in-depth experience.
Since English is our corporate language, proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
We're looking for someone with a positive, open attitude and strong communication skills.
You're organized, independent, and bring structure to your work.
You're also customer-oriented, with a service mindset.
Location and travels
To be defined, in one of the Epiroc HUB locations: Prague (Czech Republic), Örebro or Stockholm (Sweden).
Travel will be required: maximum 10%.
