Job description
Experis is recruiting a Process Manager for a temporary ongoing assignment to an international company in Kista. In the position as a Process Manager your main responsibility is to drive and implement innovation strategies and process changes within the organization to increase sell-out and operation efficiency .

In your role as a Process Manager you will, lead innovation projects across the organization such as Customer Value Proposition projects, retail management reinforcement.Monitor, analyze and follow up KPI's, support sales and retail in how to improve forecast accuracy and other KPI's. Educate and train stake holders in KPI's and SCM systems and drive change management within the organization such as sell-out operation, Retail Management meeting reinforcement. Maintenance of accurate master data in SCM system and prepare and present reports/presentations

Qualifications
A master degree in Busissness or Engineering. Advanced Excel and Power point skills. You have excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Swedish. It is an advantage if you have experience from project lead, Retail Marketing and Supply Chain Management.

As a person you are analytical, structured and organized. You have the ability to communicate and interact effectively across different function within the company and also to multi-task, organize and manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
