Exciting times are ahead as we expand our External Workforce team, offering a unique opportunity to be part of our professional, international team. As part of a high-profile Centre of Excellence project, our team is receiving significant attention and support from senior management and as part of this team you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future ways of working in the management of Vattenfall's contingent workforce.

About the position
As the Process Manager for External Workforce Management, a senior leadership position within the external workforce team at Vattenfall, you will oversee the entire end-to-end process for hiring external consultants. Including identifying strategic competence needs, finding the right suppliers and ensuring an efficient hiring process for externals. This role involves integration across various departments and maintaining process consistency and functionality across different systems and markets. As Process Manager you will engage with stakeholders and ensure compliance with diverse regulations and business practices across countries. This role also includes setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the process aligns with organizational goals.

Your tasks and responsibilities
End-to-End Process Management:
Comprehensive Oversight: Manage the entire end-to-end process for external resources, from workforce planning via sourcing strategy and supplier management to the engagement of externals.
Process Optimization: Ensure that all sub-processes are seamlessly implemented and maintained by setting relevant standards and demands to relevant process managers.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments e.g. IT, HR, Procurement and Finance to ensure the process is integrated and applicable across different markets and business areas.
Integration and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective process integration by engaging with stakeholders and driving cross-departmental meetings and workshops.
Compliance and Adaptation: Work closely with HR and Procurement to ensure processes meet compliance requirements across multiple countries and business areas.
Process Implementation and Maintenance:
Initial Setup: Develop and implement new processes where gaps exist and streamline existing ones.
Ongoing Maintenance: Regularly review and update processes to reflect changes in regulations, business needs, and market conditions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Educational Background: A university degree, preferably in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge gained through extended experience in a similar role.
Work Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in process management, with experience in international and complex environments.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work pragmatically and adaptively.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with process documentation tools and methodologies; understanding of international compliance and regulatory requirements.
