Process Excellence is a relative newly established function within Maersk. We expect to have a group of 10 people supporting the whole organization with developing end-to-end processes out of a customer perspective. Focus should be "Easy for the Customer - Efficient for us"!

NBR Area is looking for a certified Six Sigma Green Belt to join the Process Excellence team.
The position is located at the Maersk NBR (Nordic, Baltic Sea & Russia) head office in Gothenburg.

The Process Excellence (PEX) team is responsible for the area deployment and implementation of an Innovation & Continuous Improvement mindset. In order to do this Maersk has developed the Maersk Improvement Model, which is based on the well proved tools and methods from Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead improvement projects
• Facilitate workshops
• Defining and measuring Key Performance Indicators
• Present findings to local management
• Be a change agent
• Represent NBR-area in global projects
• Act as an ambassador for Process Excellence internally

The ideal candidate has:

• A Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with project management methods
• Ability to develop priorities, create a plan, and set and meet deadlines
