• Perform R&D experiments with initial focus on photolithography
• Lead / perform transfer of technology to fabs around the world, in particular China
• Lead /perform sourcing of production tools
Personal qualifications
• Fluent in oral and written Chinese, English and preferably also Swedish.
• Ready to stay for longer periods (3-6 month) abroad (especially China), during transfer of technology.
• Well-structured.
• Ability and willingness to work hands-on in the lab.
• Result oriented.
• Enjoys working in a team.
Experience and education
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry, Physics or similar.
• Several years of practical experience from wet chemistry processing preferably from production environment.
• Experience in project management, preferable from Chinese industry.
• Experience in specifying and sourcing equipment for production, preferably in China.
• Experience from solar cells and in particular CIGS thin film solar cells.
Solibro develops, manufacture and sell solar panels and turnkey fabs for manufacturing of solar panels. The company 's R&D is performed by Solibro Research AB in Uppsala, which has 35 employees. Fab engineering and production is located to Germany. Solibro is part of the Hanergy group.
