hela Sverige BB&PS is a unit with a staff of 80 people. We are located in Gothenburg and VMCC (Volvo Monitoring Concept Center). VMCC is located in Camarillo, USA and are responsible for our concept cars.
BB&PS purpose is to define and the develop VCC's Brand, Business andProduct Strategies, to drive VCC towards an even more Customer and Business oriented company, in order to continue to define and explore our Defendable Competitive Advantages (in the premium segment) in a sustainable way. We keep total focus on Brand, Business and Product Strategy, we secure and further explore VCC s Brand, Business and Product development.
BB&PS also defines and explores VCC s defendable competitive advantages. We are responsible for Business Concepts including Product Offer definitionand follow up in the execution phase.
Business Strategy and Development within Brand Business and Product Strategy (BB&PS) is responsible for:
Establishing strategic business alignment and priorities at VCC level
Identify long-term business opportunities and threats; and capitalize on them
Develop and implement Global Product Development System (GPDS) annual process
Functioning as BB&PS Business office
We are looking for a Process and Quality Manager to a temporary assignment during approximately 1 year
The Process and Quality Manager will be responsible for:
Leading the Modular Control Review Program (MCRP) self assessment process for BB&PS
Planning, execution and follow up of all Quality, Environmental and other applicable Audits at BB&PS (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GAO which will be reported in Business Audit System, BAS)
Developing and drive Business Management System (BMS) for BB&PS
Supporting BB&PS Management and facilitating the use of the Business
Management System
Mananaging Global Information Standard (GIS)/Annual File Review (AFR) for BB&PS
Representing BB&PS in VCC quality networks and other quality improvement foras
Implementation of VCC Strategic Business plan process
Implementation of BB&PS Operational Business Plan
Proactively work to improve BB&PS processes
Qualifications:
Knowledge about S-Ox, MCRP, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Certificate from Auditor training
Experienced in managing Quality Systems; BMS and BAS
Experience in Process Management and development (including experience
from Ms Visio) is desirable
Fluent in English, orally and written
Six Sigma, Black Belt certificate in desirable
Personal Qualities:
Analytical mindset
Flexible in combination with a good ability to co-operate with others and create and withhold professional relationships
Good presentation skills
