hela Sverige As the Post Producer, you will oversee the day-to-day moving media post-production workflow across multiple projects, managing all stages of post-production including offline editing, color grading, online editing, VFX, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and mixing.
You will:
Develop and manage project schedules, quotes, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Negotiate project pricing strategically to align with budgetary goals, collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Optimize resources to maintain efficiency and deliver high-quality outputs, while ensuring the creative vision of each project is fully realized.
Lead and oversee post-production teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining alignment between creative, technical, and operational goals.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve any production challenges, ensuring seamless project progression and delivery.
Qualifications
We are looking for people with...
3+ years of experience in post-production management - ideally within a creative or fashion-related environment. A deep understanding of post-production workflows, including hands-on experience in editing, color grading, online editing, motion graphics, and animation.
Technical proficiency - Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Avid workflows.
Project management skills - Strong organizational and scheduling abilities to manage multiple post-production projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Digital and social media knowledge - A solid understanding of social media and digital platforms, including best practices for content creation, optimization, and distribution across multiple channels.
