The person will be part of the Program core team which includes: the program manager, the lead architect, business controller, project managers and the business change manager. The program name is ConCenT and stands for Consumer Centricity Transformation and the objective of ConCenT is to implement an end-to-end CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Service solution covering EMEA, Major and Small appliances and across all brands, offering a singular consumer view across all touchpoints. The program consists of 5 projects, Field operation, Contact Center & KM, Sales & marketing, Change management stream and Technology solution stream and these projects will high level deliver on following:
• The solution will replace current Field Operations' and Contact Centers' complex scattered and outdated IT landscape with one EMEA platform and one process to execute.
• The solution enables the Contact center to become a centralized sales channel to drive consumer satisfaction, decrease cost and to enable a revenue growth within Aftermarket Sales.
• Our technicians will get a field force automation tool with a tight connection with the back office and will be able to execute a new set of Marketing, Sales and Service activities.
• The fully integrated KM (Knowledge Management) database will improve on consumer satisfaction by providing the consumers, technicians and contact center agents with personalized and relevant Just-In-Time knowledge.
• The solution will ensure a structured and common reporting process to increase the transparency and quality of the Electrolux standard KPI follow up.
• Within Sales and Marketing, by receiving rich consumer data sets, being able to develop highly personalized and relevant communications, targeted marketing campaigns, and set a base to provide branded ownership experience and improved NPS.
Experience:
• Minimum one year of similar experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and structured approach
• Flexibility and proactivity are key in this role
• Good competences in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Previous experience in a big and complex organization would be a plus
• Project management skills and previous experience are a plus
• English Language is a mandatory requirements, any other Language is a plus
