Qualifications
As the PLM Technology Platform Director in the product area "Next Generation PLM platform", you will have the opportunity to join us at the beginning on an exciting journey. We are about to shift our core PLM process to a modern hybrid PLM landscape, enabling the power of data, technology and people. To provide focus, skills and bandwidth for this, you will form, build and run a new tech delivery organisation with an expected size of around 7 teams and 30-60 people in multiple locations. You will have accountability off the Product Area's technical architecture and engineering practices as well as the area's overall ability to deliver according to and beyond expectations. Close collaboration with Product Managers are at the heart of your work to ensure business value contribution at each step of our journey.
Within the Business Tech organisation, you will lead a cross-functional product development area that delivers business and customer value, through the creation of the unique products of H&M Group. You will collaborate with the Business Units, our brands and other Product Area Managers and Product Area Lead Engineers to solve complex engineering problems and ensure an aligned technology and value roadmap. Furthermore, you will:
Ensure a successful implementation of a hybrid PLM landscape, with a market leading PLM application at the core
Enable fact-based technology discussions, to reach desired business effect/goals and architectural vision
Staff management and recruitment of Senior Engineers within your area
Own the technology lifecycle management and API catalogue in the product area including the definition, creation and maintenance of technical interfaces / APIs in the product area that are exposed by the teams in the area
Work with enabling platform teams to secure efficient usage of common technology platforms
Be responsible for the overall work environment for your team

The ability to lead an organisation unit with 60+ employees in a matrix organisation
Experience from a leading role in Implementing large complex enterprise technical solution landscapes, with a standard platform at the core, preferably within the PLM space
Experience of Digital workplace technologies
Experience within Cloud technologies in an agile environment
Excellent Strategic and Product technology competence
The ability to formulate solid business cases for technology initiatives
A deep understanding of Solution Architecture, API architecture and design and Data and Information Architecture
Experience with ROI creation and financial modelling of tech solutioning
