Your role and responsibilities
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a high-performance supply chain at the heart of a global technology powerhouse? As Planning & Fulfillment Center Manager at ABB Process Control Platform, you'll drive the strategic and operational direction of our supply planning and inventory processes, ensuring that our cutting-edge products reach customers with precision and speed.

Your main Roles and Responsibilities are:
Operations Leadership
Direct daily operations and monitor performance against key operational targets.
Address bottlenecks and operational challenges to maintain seamless EMS production and order delivery flows.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and communicate strategic plans for supply chain and fulfillment that align with broader organizational goals.
Conduct regular reviews of operational strategies to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Inventory Oversight:
Oversee cycle counting, audits, and reconciliation processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
Implement proactive measures to prevent overstocking or stock shortages, balancing cost and COTD.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and product development teams to optimize supply chain performance.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment between fulfillment, production, and distribution teams.

Technology & Process Implementation:
Lead system enhancement projects for planning, fulfillment, and warehouse management software.
Implement new technologies and tools to streamline supply chain processes.

Performance Monitoring:
Regularly track and report on operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Benchmark performance against industry standards to drive continuous improvement.

Leadership and Team Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor direct reports and operational teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the P&F Center.

Customer Focus:
Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met through effective planning and fulfillment.
Implement strategies to improve customer delivery lead times and fulfillment accuracy.

Risk and Compliance Management:
Establish risk mitigation strategies to safeguard operational processes.
Ensure all operational activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Identify and drive continuous improvement projects that enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness.
Encourage innovation within the team, promoting creative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.

Qualifications for the role
You are highly skilled in Lean Six Sigma, SAP ERP, and warehouse/supply planning technologies, and you enjoy working with operational excellence frameworks and digital supply chain systems in the electronics manufacturing and fulfillment market.
Have established skills and over 10 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, and production planning.
(OPTIONAL: working as Planning and Fulfillment Center Manager with EMS operations, SAP platforms, and advanced inventory control technologies)
Highly adept in SAP ERP, warehouse management systems (WMS), and performance monitoring tools.
You are passionate about continuous improvement and are innovative around leadership development, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
Extensive knowledge of and proven experience in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management or any other relevant studies
You are at ease communicating in English across global and cross-functional teams.
You hold current work authorization valid in the job location and comply with country-specific VISA/work permit requirements where applicable.
