Our company employs some 850 seamen, the majority being of Filipino origin. They are in constant training in order to keep up the technical standard on-board our vessels and to comply with stringent international rules and regulations, especially concerning environmental issues. Our sea-staffing department is engaged in organising the specialised training, in the renewal of certificates and endorsements, recruiting, etc. We are now looking for a person with a Filipino background to assist in carrying out the above mentioned tasks. He/she must be familiar with international maritime regulations, have a sound experience of maritime technological training, have experience of recruiting seafarers at all levels and know all about worldwide visa requirements, certifications, endorsements etc. Excellent command of English and Tagalog is a requirement.
