Titel: Director of Human Resources, Renault Nordic AB
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The Director of Human Resources will be a member of Renault Nordic's management team, reporting directly to the Managing Director of Renault Nordic and dotted lines to the HR Director of Renault and Renault Crédit International of Europe in Paris. This is a qualified full-time, permanent position that will be based in our office in Kista/Stockholm.
The successful candidate will be facing a unique opportunity to develop the HR function in the Nordic countries. This position will lead the Renault Nordic Human Resource Function in alignment with Renault's market focused corporate business and human resource objectives and priorities. These duties include serving as the HR business partner to managers, as well as providing HR generalist services to all Renault Nordic employees.

Job Responsibilities
• Support Renault Nordic and Renault Finance Nordic, corporate and business strategies and processes in HR and Internal Communication
• Create and execute people strategies to support business growth; provide training, organizational development or process-related solutions
• Assess, identify, and implement formal HR processes and framework. These include, but are not exclusive to: Attract/Recruitment, Retention, Training, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits etc.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees.
• Provide managers and employees with understanding and tools to effectively utilize Renault management and HR processes.
• Ensure effective compliance with EU employment regulations for the Nordic countries.
Qualifications Requirements
• HR experience within a multi-cultural, multi-national corporate environment is required.
• Ability to work with influence with senior management and to build trust throughout the organization.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Swedish is required. French would be an advantage.
• Experience in Compensation and Benefits issues, such as variable bonuses, ex-patriates contracts and calculation.
