Being the leading provider within our area we aim to make an impact on how people take emotional empowerment over their own mental health.
The role:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will be an expert on managing all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. You will primarily manage all paid search campaigns on Google and ideally also paid social channels such as Facebook/Instagram and TikTok.
What would you be working with?
• Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search and social campaigns.
• Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA) initiatives and campaigns.
• Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
• Optimize copy and landing pages together with the SEO specialist for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
• Ordering and co-ordinating copy and graphics from the design and copy team for paid social campaigns.
Who are you?
• 3+ years of experience within the field.
• Proven SEA experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google.
• A confident, flexible, and passionate individual, with a genuine interest in performance marketing and following latest trends.
• Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, and you are experienced in execution of digital campaigns as well as analysis and reporting.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Data Studios, Matomo, Funnel.io).
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
It's a plus if you have:
• Interest and/or knowledge of SEO.
• Written and verbal communication skills in a third language.
• Experience in managing paid campaigns in other social channels such as Facebook/Instagram and TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit Ads etc.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Experience from working with a MMP tool such as Adjust.
