Our main focus is on analysis and troubleshooting in order to continuously improve the quality and performance of every release. This is achieved by using an automated framework based on Gatling and Jenkins, therefore the role will require focus on Gatling scripting, test executions and troubleshooting.
Our performance testers are an integral part of the QA Team and work closely with the Development and Operations departments. This makes it possible for us to ensure the quality of our releases and to build a high availability infrastructure. For some development teams the daily work also includes performance testing of web sites and mobile apps. Our teams enjoy solving problems by white-boarding, pair-programming and rubber-ducking. We believe in continuously improving the way we work and making it easy for everyone to make their voices heard.
