The People Operations Hub is a centralized unit focusing on delivering services to more than 50 companies within the Schibsted Group across Norway, Sweden and Denmark, in addition to Lendo in Finland. We are well on our way to developing a hub for the future. We are a team consisting of 14 employees and we work closely with the payroll department in both Norway, Sweden and Denmark. We also work across all Schibsted companies.
The People Operations Hub is working on, amongst other things, administration of contracts, salary adjustments and responsibility for master data in Workday. In the position of People Operations Advisor, you will serve as the initial point of contact with our customers. Therefore, it is highly important that you put the customer in focus. In cooperation with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our personal data is entered with quality and accuracy.

The opportunity:
- You will work with all workstreams in our HR tool, Workday. This entails registering new employees, change and termination of employment relationships etc.
- Control of employee data against the payroll system
- Serve as 1st line support towards employees across the Group for all HR Administrative related questions.
- Participate in handling the units shared mail, phone and chat
- Various HR admin related tasks
Skills:
- You enjoy working with multiple tasks simultaneously, is a fast learner and is capable of getting acquainted with new systems quickly.
- You are accurate and conscious of quality.
- You are collaborative and motivated for further developing the People Operations Hub.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate efficiently in meetings, e-mail and discussions.
- You utilize data effectively to improve and further develop tasks and the Hub's services.
Desired qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree within HR, Administration or similar.
- Experience with Workday, Agresso, ServiceNow or similar systems is an advantage.

Experience from customer service is desired, but not a requirement.
