Inter IKEA Group brings together three areas: Retail Concept, Range and Supply. Together we work constantly to improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for the many people.
You belong to People & Culture Centre of Expertise that provides a wide scope of services to the 15 different legal entities at Inter IKEA in Sweden. The assignment is to secure a seamless co-worker experience in areas such as Labor Law, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Mobility, Work environment and Co-worker relations.
Centre of Expertise and this position is based in Supply Area North which is a part of IKEA Supply and is responsible for different business units across the IKEA value chain. The role of IKEA Supply is to supply the IKEA range at the lowest total cost, making high quality available to the customer under good social and environmental conditions.

This we do by working in partnership with the business staff functions and actively contributing to the growth of business through people. We also secure that the appropriate HR processes and compliance are implemented.
About the assignment
As a People & Culture Specialist within Labour law, you support People & Culture colleagues in all Inter IKEA Group (IIG) SE legal entities when it comes to Swedish labour law, our 5 collective agreements as well as IKEA's internal policies and requirements. You will also be the one representing IIG externally towards trade unions and other forums. Our collective agreements at Inter IKEA are: Handelns tjänstemannaavtal, Lager- och e-handelsavtalet, Visita-HRF, Träindustriavtalet tjänstemän and Träindustriavtalet.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Support Inter IKEA Group (IIG) Sweden companies to comply with both external (Swedish labour law collective agreements) and internal policies and requirement including interpretations. We aim for alignment, knowledge sharing and competence development for all IIG companies in Sweden.
Secure up-to-date information, guidelines and templates (forms).
Guidance and advice in labour law matters including interpretations
Hold trainings, develop and secure content, availability and quality of trainings within the area
Coordinate information and consultations (MBL) with trade unions on Inter IKEA Group Sweden level where possible
Lead and coordinate the monthly Inter IKEA Group Sweden Labour Law network with representatives from all legal entities.
Knowledge sharing, including updates regarding new legislation related to labour law, in the Labour Law network.
Be the Inter IKEA Group Sweden representative in the "delegation" for the Swedish Trade Federation (Svensk Handel) and the "Salaried Employees Collective Agreement" (Handelns tjänstemannaavtal)
Responsibility for establishing MD contracts related to appointment of a new MD within IIG companies in Sweden.

We also believe that you have degree in law, preferably within Swedish labor law and experience with agreements in different formats. That you have the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
