Are you a resourceful leader ready to shape the future of People and Culture at Columbus in Sweden, driving impactful HR initiatives that elevate our employee experience and foster business growth?
We are looking for a visionary and experienced People Director to lead the People and Culture strategy, drive HR Operations, Talent Management and Business Partnering at Columbus Sweden with 420 employees including the People team. Your key responsibility is to drive the implementation of Columbus' People Strategy, you will play an important role in shaping our local People agenda. In this role, you will report directly to the Global Chief People Officer (CPO) a part of the Swedish Leadership team, and work closely with the Swedish Market Unit Executive.
Core Responsibilities You will be part of the Swedish Leadership Team, act as Strategic Partner and Advisor to the Market Unit Executive, providing HR guidance and support:
Drive the People agenda, lead and develop your team, continue to improve and build our culture to ensure a positive employee experience based on Columbus values and leadership principles
Ensure the HR Transformation & implementation of the People Strategy, aligning local processes with global standards
Oversee, continuously improve and support HR operations, talent management, and compensation & benefit processes
Resolve and handle delicate matters in local context, employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
As part of the Global People Directors team, you will collaborate globally, participate and drive global people projects including:
Preparing and implementing a consolidated HR strategy across Market Units (covering Europe, US, India)
Ensure our Career Path journey remains aligned with global standards
Continue to drive HR digitalization and global HR operations
Maintaining inclusive initiatives with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), employee experience, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

Your background and experienceThe successful candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field combined with a minimum of 7+ years global & Swedish HR leadership experience. This includes:
Experience from a Global Matrix organization preferably within IT service & technology or consulting
Solid, working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and local legislation related to employment practices and general HR administration
Broad experience within Compensation & Benefits, HR compliance & HR Services, Talent Management, HR Information Systems and digitalization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to guide decisions
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
To succeed in the role, you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust among different stakeholders and employees. You are also able to navigate different priorities, manage your agenda and effectively plan, prioritize and execute.
