The work of driving the topic of Pension and Insurances resides with our Swedish HR Organization. The mission for the Swedish HR Organization is to take actions to support the Employer of Choice target based on the Swedish market competitive set. In the department you will sit close to competencies in Talent Management, Labour Affairs as well as traditional Compensation and Benefits.
The team in which this role resides is new and named Employee Affairs. The team works with topics such as specialist support to the business in areas such as Labour affairs and C&B. Also when needed the team plays a vital role in M/A work. The team is also responsible for setting the agenda for Sweden in these competence areas and will from time to time participate in development work of new initiatives arising from either benchmark studies or new business requirements.
Job profile
You, together with the team, will secure that we treat our employees according to our Pension & Insurance strategy including administration of the fulfilment of the ITP. You will work with suppliers for different tasks of the job and one important collaboration is with Försäkringsgirot and the use of their solution, Coins. You will together with the team quality assure the operational processes in a number of systems among both internal and external. Based on our strategy and actions the role will participate in and drive various projects. Finally there is nothing that can't be improved, therefore continues process improvement is expected of everyone including updating of communication and information material.

Required qualifications
* Deep knowledge and experience in the subject area Pension & Insurances
* Vocational training in Finance, HR or equivalent
* Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English
* Basic knowledge in HR systems, HR-regulations, accounting and tax
Meritorious qualifications
* Track record of working effectively in teams
* Experience from Employee Benefits processes locally and globally
* Experience in working with analytics as base for decisions
* That you have basic understanding of financial principles
* Knowledge of, and experience from working in Coins
