• You are fluent in English and Swedish, in speech and writing.
• Previous experience with Hogia, their payroll system for Sweden, is a plus.

Job Description
Now we are looking for a payroll specialist to our client within the music industry in Stockholm. In this role, you will both cover the Swedish inhouse payroll, and take responsibility for a few of their EMEA countries. The Swedish payroll will be split between you and your team members. Besides the day to day responsibilities, you will receive and respond to incoming queries from employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
What you 'll do
• Handle the processing of end-to-end payroll for their Swedish entity in a timely and accurate manner
• Be responsible for coordinating payroll end to end with their outsourced payroll providers in a timely and accurate manner
• Make sure they are in compliance with local regulations
• Work closely with other departments such as HR and Accounting to ensure that the end-to-end payroll process is accurate
• File monthly income declarations and make necessary corrections
• Assist with general HR related matters and benefit administration, and general administrative duties such as statistics
• Make sure your work is SOX compliant
• Support the development of processes, systems, and standards to improve service delivery
Personal qualities
You have excellent time management- and structure skills and an analytic mind. You are good at troubleshooting and finding solutions to problems, and have no problem working independently as well as in a team. You a positive person who doesn't scare easy when you are exposed to uncertainty or high tempo situations. You like to juggle more than one thing at a time.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in English as soon as interviews are ongoing.
