About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Manager for a customer in Landskrona. As the Payroll Manager, your main responsibility is to develop the team and the expertise that payroll specialists possess. You will coach and develop team members in their daily work while contributing with a long-term perspective on payroll activities.

In your role as Payroll Manager your main tasks will involve:

* Ensure the delivery of monthly payroll and other services in accordance with SLA
* Coach, develop and provide support the team consisting of five skilled payroll specialists
* Drive the work to standardize and streamline processes and routines within the payroll office and towards our customers, with a focus on both customer satisfaction and creating the best conditions for your team
* Continuously quality-assure work methods, system setups, etc., to ensure efficient resource utilization and high-quality service delivery
* Monitor and implement changes in laws and agreements, ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations
* Establish and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders and disseminate knowledge about the payroll office 's work

The position as Payroll Manager is a consulting assignment starting immediately to 30th of June 2024. You will be working in Landskrona.

Important for the role:

* Academic or post-secondary education
* At least 5 years of experience in qualified payroll work
* Experience as a payroll manager or a demonstrated ability to lead and support specialists
* Experience in driving change initiatives and an interest in work methods and processes
* Interest in system issues and digitization
* Experience with the payroll system Agda
* Fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
