As Payroll Administrator at Sectra, your main responsibilities will be:
Administering salaries, pensions, insurances, benefits and statistics.
Providing support regarding pay, holiday, maternity leave etc. for Sectras employees in Sweden.
Serving as the contact person for various authorities and government agencies, such as Försäkringskassan and Skatteverket.
Support management within the employment process, such as contracts.

For this position, the following requirements apply:
Experience from salary administration.
Post-secondary education with good grades.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Experience of working in Microsoft Office.
Assets
In addition, we consider it an asset if you also have:
Previous experience from software systems within salary administration, preferably Flex Lön and Flex HRM Travel.
Fluency in other languages than those mentioned above (please tell us which languages).
Experience in some form of leadership role, within work, student organizations or leisure activities.
A background in, or experience from, a country other than Sweden.
