As a Pattern Maker Lead at Weekday you will play an important part in our team and on our exiting and ambitious journey towards Weekdays future. The responsibility of the Pattern Maker Lead is to be the overall responsible for driving the Fit & Size strategy at Weekday, to secure best fits to our target customer to generate long-term responsible growth in all channels, and to lead & inspire the pattern maker team at Weekday.
You are driven by leading, inspiring & empowering others, an experienced pattern maker with a passion for fashion and for our customer. You are collaborative and communicative. You are driven by the opportunity to maximize the potential of our products and assortment in a creative and responsible way.
This role is a combined Lead role and partly an operational Pattern Maker role within our product team, with an estimated 50/50 percent. The leadership role does not include staff responsibility, but you will have a crucial responsibility in leading the team to succeed with the set strategies and goals. This role reports to Head of Design at Weekday. This role will play an important part in driving ways of working at Weekday Assortment and in setting and driving the Assortment strategies towards an exciting future!
Kravspecifikation
Expectations of your profile:
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pattern Maker
• Knowledge of Lectra preferable in Expert version
• Knowledge in CLO or other 3D programs
• Leadership with ability to inspire & empower
• Leads & drives forward in ways of working
• Collaborative and communicative
• Worked with set clear strategies connected to overall goals
• A strong sense of commerciality & fashion relevance

Ytterligare information
The assignment is a permanent - fulltime, starting in as son as possible 2021. located at the Weekday head office in Stockholm.
