Do you want to take an active role in developing our Global Sales & Distribution team? As Partnership & Sales Manager you will take on everything when it comes to B2B, such as coach and group segment and other partnerships. You are overall responsible for all B2B sales from budget setting, executing and follow up. Does this sound interesting, then welcome with your application!

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationships with existing partners
- Process the market from a route and potential perspective
- Define activities on a yearly basis in cooperation with Route Management
- Budget, planning and follow up
- Identify new customers segments & sales channels
- Continuously seek new ways of collaboration within the B2B segment
- Negotiation & agreements
- Detect market trends and needs
- Focus on automation and digitalization of distribution and work process

As Partnership & Sales Manager you will be reporting into the Swedish/Danish management team but also be part of the Global Sales & Distribution team which is a growing, international team that are on an exiting journey driven by new ways of working and digital habits. It is a total new function, where the structures are not set yet, and the possibilities to influence are endless.

Who you are

Qualifications:
- Experience working with partnerships within B2B
- Extensive sales experience
- Extensive experience of negotiations and establishment of agreements
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong data skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
