About the job
You will be part of a small team that is responsible for supporting the R&D organization in developing and implementing new opportunities with partners. Our vision is to secure the leading position of Scania in Autonomous Transport Solutions by partnering with the best suited front players across the ecosystem, orchestrate partnership building to ensure smooth integration with our solution, business and core values .

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive industry knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners as well as driving a new mindset within the company. You will help identifying the partnership need, selecting partners, negotiating agreements, managing complex partner relationships, as well as supporting, coordinating and coaching colleagues within and outside our organization in order to increase our capability to deliver Autonomous Transport Solutions. You will be required to work autonomously while collaborating across management, product, engineering, legal, and other partner-facing teams, to initiate, support, and grow strategic partnerships. You will also be working with identifying possible future scenarios where collaboration is needed, building a partnership strategy and you will be part of setting the course for Scania's future.

Your profile
You enjoy facilitating collaboration and establishing relationships. You are driven and self-motivated. You can be both a team player and a leader when necessary. You have a product development or business background and want to be part of solving complex technology and business challenges. An interest in the customer, and getting our solutions right from a customer perspective, is essential.

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant experience in business development or strategy planning roles
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management, including senior, internal, and external stakeholders
• Experience in partner-facing roles in a multicultural environment
• Domain knowledge in automotive industry, modern IT development is meritorious
• Demonstrated business judgment and technical acumen
• Excellent communication skills; ability to build strategy documents and present them
